Hats Off Mission Statement

The mission of Hat’s Off to Survivors is to support, educate, and uplift all cancer survivors. Founded by Angelia Bankston a two-time cancer survivor, we host an annual brunch to create moments of love, hope, and joy that brings together nourishment, education, and entertainment. 

Beyond the event, we provide direct assistance to survivors in active treatment through gift cards, care packages, and transportation, ensuring meaningful support throughout the cancer journey. As a survivor-led organization, we stand in solidarity with the cancer community by offering compassion, resources, and hope one survivor, one act of kindness at a time.
